“Without sufficient bandwidth and its effective management, African universities cannot meet their objectives to provide an appropriate environment for teaching, learning, and research.” The University of Dar es Salaam and the Partnership for Higher Education in Africa convened a task force and coordinated a bandwidth study, with a focus on how to obtain more bandwidth for less money. This report is the result of the work of that Bandwidth Task Force.
